Terms of Service

Effective 14.10.2026

Welcome to OrechDin Pro – the smart office for lawyers (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Majd Rezik, a sole proprietor in Israel (the "Operator", "we", "us"), and is available at https://orech.co.il/apps/legal-office/.

These Terms govern the relationship between the Operator and the law firm or lawyer that opened an account in the Service (the "Firm", the "Customer"), and every user the Firm invites to its account. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Definitions

  • "Office account" – a separate workspace in the Service belonging to one Firm, holding the Firm’s cases, clients, documents and other data.
  • "Owner" and "Admin" – users of the Firm assigned these roles, who may manage the Firm’s users, settings, plan and billing.
  • "Firm Content" – any information, document, file or data that the Firm or its users upload to or create in the Service, including information about the Firm’s clients and third parties.
  • "AI Output" – summaries, answers, drafts, OCR transcriptions and any other output produced with the Service’s artificial-intelligence features.
  • "Plan" – the subscription package the Firm selected (such as Essentials, Pro or Office), as described on the pricing page.

2. The Service

The Service is a cloud (SaaS) practice-management system for law firms, including among other things: client, case, document, calendar and task management; AI document summaries and an AI assistant; document templates and workflows; legal tools (such as deadline and interest calculators); a court mail inbox; electronic signatures; secure document sharing with clients; payment demands; and a full export of the Firm’s data.

We may improve, change, add or remove features from time to time. If we remove a material feature included in a paid Plan, we will give advance notice where reasonably possible.

The Service is a technology tool only. The Operator is not the lawyer of the Firm or of its clients, does not provide legal advice and is not a party to any lawyer-client relationship.

3. Accounts and access security

Accounts are intended for lawyers, law firms and their staff, for professional business use. Whoever opens an account represents that they are an adult and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of the Firm.

You must provide accurate and complete details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA); Firm owners can require 2FA for all users of the Firm.

The Firm’s owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, setting their roles and removing them when they leave. Every user of the Firm can view the Firm’s cases, documents, calendar, tasks and notes, so invite only people who are authorised to access that information.

If you become aware of unauthorised use of an account or of a security incident, notify us immediately at support@orech.co.il.

4. Trial, plans and payment

  • A new Firm receives a free trial of the length published on the pricing page at sign-up (currently 30 days). No payment method is required for the trial.
  • When the trial ends without payment, the account becomes read-only: data can be viewed and exported but not added or changed. The same applies after a subscription is cancelled.
  • Prices are published per user per month, billed monthly or annually, and exclude VAT, which is added at the statutory rate.
  • AI actions consume "credits" as described on the pricing page. Each Plan includes a periodic credit allowance; additional credit packs can be purchased and are valid for the period stated (currently 12 months). Unused credits cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer, according to instructions shown in the Service or sent to you. After payment is received the Operator issues a tax invoice/receipt. No credit card is charged automatically. Billing questions: billing@orech.co.il.
  • Promotions (such as the founding-customers offer) are subject to the terms published on the offer page at the time of joining.
  • We may change prices. A price change applies from the next billing period and after at least 30 days’ notice; periods already paid for are not affected.

5. Cancellation, account closure and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to billing@orech.co.il. A monthly subscription ends at the end of the paid month; an annual subscription ends at the end of the paid year, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. After the subscription ends the account becomes read-only so that you can export your data.

To the extent the Firm is a "consumer" under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the cancellation and refund rights under that law and its regulations apply, and nothing in these Terms limits them.

Requests to close the account and delete the Firm’s data must be sent by a Firm owner to support@orech.co.il. How and when data is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Firm Content and ownership

Firm Content belongs to the Firm. We claim no ownership of it. The Firm grants the Operator a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit Firm Content solely to provide the Service to the Firm, on the Firm’s instructions and in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

For personal data within Firm Content (for example, data about the Firm’s clients), the Firm is the database owner (controller) and the Operator acts as a "holder" (processor) processing the data on the Firm’s behalf, within the meaning of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. See the Privacy Policy.

The Firm is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the data, upload it to the Service and process it there (including with AI tools), for giving its clients and other data subjects the required notices, and for obtaining consent where required. The Service includes an "Informed consent to the use of AI tools" template that the Firm may adapt and use.

Data export: Firm owners and admins can at any time, on every Plan, produce a full export of the Firm’s data (JSON files and all original files) from the office settings screen. Each export’s download links are available for 7 days.

7. Confidentiality and lawyer-client privilege

We understand that Firm Content may include information protected by the lawyer’s duty of confidentiality and by lawyer-client privilege. The Operator undertakes to keep Firm Content confidential and not to access or use it except as strictly necessary to operate the Service, to provide support the Firm requested, to secure the Service and prevent abuse, or as required by law.

Using the Service, including the transfer of data to sub-processors for processing (among them the AI provider), serves the Firm in providing its legal services and is not a waiver of privilege by the Firm or its clients. The Operator will not disclose Firm Content to any third party other than the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, unless required by law or court order; in that case, where the law permits, we will notify the Firm in advance so that it can assert privilege.

The Firm remains solely responsible for complying with the professional ethics rules that apply to it, including the Israel Bar Association’s rules and guidance on the use of AI tools.

8. AI features – output is not legal advice

The Service uses Anthropic’s language models (Claude) to summarise documents, read text from scanned documents (OCR) and answer questions in the AI assistant. For this, the relevant document content, the user’s question and relevant case context are sent to the provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. A document can be kept without AI processing.

  • AI Output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or misleading, and may include inaccurate references to documents, case law or legislation.
  • AI Output is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer’s professional judgement. Every output must be reviewed and verified against the sources by a lawyer of the Firm before it is used, relied on, or given to a client, a court or anyone else.
  • Calculation tools (such as deadline, interest and indexation calculators) are aids only, and the Firm must verify their results.
  • Professional responsibility towards the Firm’s clients and the courts rests solely with the Firm and its lawyers.

9. Document sharing and electronic signatures

The Firm can create private links to share documents with clients (valid for 1 to 30 days and revocable at any time) and to send documents for signature. Anyone holding a link can access its content, so the Firm is responsible for sending the link to the right recipient, choosing a suitable expiry and verification, and revoking links that are no longer needed.

The Service’s electronic signature records the signers’ actions (including IP address, browser type and timestamps) and produces a certificate page and a verification method for the signed document. The Firm is responsible for assessing whether this type of signature suits the document and the legal requirements that apply to it (including the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001), or whether a different type of signature is required.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service in breach of the law or of the rights of others. Among other things, you may not:

  • upload content that the Firm has no right to hold or process, or unlawful content;
  • attempt to bypass security mechanisms, permissions or Plan limits, scan for vulnerabilities, or access another Firm’s data;
  • place an abnormal load on the Service, run unapproved automated tools, or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law permits;
  • sell, rent or make the Service available to anyone outside the Firm;
  • use AI Output in breach of the model provider’s usage policy or the law.

In case of a breach, or where needed to protect the Service, other users or data, we may restrict or suspend access, where possible after notice and an opportunity to cure.

11. Demo environment

Where the "Try it now" option is available, it creates a private, separate demo office for you with fictitious data. A demo office is for evaluation only: do not upload real client data or sensitive information to it. Demo offices may be deleted at any time without notice and are not covered by our availability and backup commitments.

12. Security, availability and backups

We take reasonable, industry-standard security measures, as described in the Privacy Policy, including encryption in transit, separation between Firms, two-factor authentication, a tamper-evident audit log and encrypted backups.

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to failures on our side or at our sub-processors. We do not commit to a specific service level unless agreed in writing.

We make periodic backups, but the Firm should consider keeping its own copy of essential data, for example using the data export.

13. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its code, design, trademarks, templates and the content the Operator provides belong to the Operator or its licensors. Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, the Firm receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the Firm’s purposes during the subscription.

Documents the Firm generates from the Service’s templates, and AI Output created for the Firm, may be used by the Firm in its work, subject to the review described in section 8.

Suggestions and feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service, without compensation and without any obligation to use them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or clients, or for damage arising from reliance on AI Output or calculation results without review, including missed deadlines.
  • The Operator’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount the Firm actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • The Operator is not liable for failures, disruptions or events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of communication providers, sub-processors, or force majeure.

These limitations do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

The Firm will indemnify the Operator against third-party claims arising from Firm Content, from a breach of these Terms by the Firm or its users, or from the Firm’s use of the Service’s output, provided the Firm is promptly notified and given the opportunity to defend.

15. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as the Firm’s account exists. Either party may end the relationship as described in section 5. The Operator may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of an uncured material breach, non-payment, or where required by law.

On termination we will allow the Firm to export its data before it is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction) will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Firm owners of a material change by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or for security, in which case it may apply sooner. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and export your data.

The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of the Service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms of the selected Plan or offer, are the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A waiver or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. The Firm may not assign its rights under these Terms without our written consent; the Operator may assign them as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the business, provided Firm Content remains protected.
